Bisceglia is rejoined by Horizons Opinions Editor John Slater to discuss Slater’s bid for City Council to represent Bridgeport’s Black Rock district this November. Slater discusses his entry into the formal political realm, his campaign so far, and how his experiences at HCC have helped him along the way.
